So by including a single paragraph describing the Paperwork Reduction Act the form goes from two pages to three, thereby wasting another piece of paper?

I'll give you another one in that catagory. Every reim of staples paper I've ever ordered for the office has come wrapped in paper packaging, which is recyclable...except for their recycled paper. That come wrapped in...plastic.

One of our salesfolk used to always append a paragraph to the end of every form he sent us asking if it was really necessary to print - think of the environment.

It always made the form two-paged, and we always did need to print, and that ancient printer could only do one-sided.
