The US is closing schools if there are suspected cases of swine flu, and Mexico has closed every public gathering place, from government offices to restaurants. We're at a level 5 pandemic alert. So why are people harping on Biden's comments? He said exactly what everyone else is saying, including Obama - don't travel if you don't have to, especially to Mexico, and avoid large gatherings of people if you can. This isn't particularly new or controvertial.
