Any guesses?

We've been seeing this sticker on a lot of cars around lately and were wondering what it meant:

From a little Google searching I think I know what it means, but I'm curious if anyone else knows off the top of their head.

I presume your Googling turned up this explanation that it represents mourning for police officers?

Yup. But it's not clear if it's meant to be for mourning, or for police officers and their families.

I sort of automatically assumed it was the BDSM flag, but that looks different. Okay, mourning for police officers.

The leather/BDSM pride flag is more involved:

It's called the "Thin Blue Line" and shows mourning for police who lost their lives in the line of duty. Many people place them on their bumpers, not to mour an officer or loved one, but to signal to police that they show support - in hopes that they will be able to get out of a speeding ticket or other moving violation when pulled over.

Heh. Kind of like the "I gave to the Police Fund" sticker or whatnot. Charming.

Isn't it "Leather Pride"? I've seen versions with a bear pawprint in the upper left corner. That or one of the Balkan states...

Nope. This is leather pride:

And this is bear pride:
