Do you hear what I hear?

Oh dear. It's begun.

I picked up Mannheim Steamroller's Christmas Extraordinaire last night and am listening to it now.

Yay Christmas! :D

Oh, the ornaments and displays have been up for weeks. But those you can ignore - you don't look at them, or you look but not really pay attention. It's harder to turn off your ears, though. And the tunes are all the same, and they get stuck in your head, and they DESIGNED TO DRIVE YOU INSANE@!!*&%!!~!!1!!

If you want a GREAT album, pick up The Roches: We Three Kings. One of my all time favorite albums, including a fabulous 3-part version of "For Unto Us A Child Is Born," and I really like their "Break Forth O Beauteous Heavenly Light." :D

agree Trans Siberia is great. The Roches _were_ cool in concert, will have to look for that X-mas album.

Here's my 2 cents in the Christmas soundtrak milieu.

But let us give the harvest gods their due before diving headlong into celebration of the wee baby that saved our spiritual ass... that is how the myth goes isn't it?
