I'm not much of a foodie, but I must say...

A curry/garlic meatloaf (of my own design, thankyouverymuch) with a green salad and bread drizzled with sauteed garlic and butter, and a donut for dessert (it's all we had handy in the house). It's nice to know I can cook when called upon, and I thank my talented friends who have obviously taught me things over the years through osmosis. :)
