Would it be wrong of me to reply to one of those Nigerian scam e-mails just for fun? I want to see how they operate.

There's a guy who does that for real already. THe website is called 419.com or Eat419.com or something like that.

It's hilarious.

If that's the money one...
I've heard that it's a kidnap thing, when people arrive to do the money exchange they get nabbed and then are ransomed for more money. But, then I could be wrong about that...

Go watch the experts at 419eater.com. They pose as ministries and get the scammers to send stuff in order to get their money. :)
