10 years ago: Good lord I was still in Philadelphia working for a real estate magnate on the Main Line in Bryn Mawr. Yeesh! It was a good job only because I really liked my boss, but I was glad to leave there. I do believe I wasn't dating anyone seriously. Was still living at home with Mom and Dad.
7 years ago: I was working through Kelly Services at Wyeth-Ayerst Pharmaceuticals in Radnor, PA, carpooling with Mom every day. T'was a good job, but just a few months later I would take the experimental plunge and visit San Diego for 2 months to see if I wanted to move there. I also proposed to Tam. Wow.
5 years ago: I made the decision to move to San Diego, but my boyfriend at the time (Dr. Giang) found out before I could tell him and a tearful breakup ensued. Spent the next few months getting ready for the move.
3 years ago: Living and loving in San Diego, working a great job at UCSD. The bid for Gaylaxicon 2004 was just approved, so things started moving full forward in that direction.
1 year ago: Missing Quincy terribly as he'd moved to Maryland at that point, but already talking about me moving at some point. Had a great Pennsic with him.
1 day ago: Low stress day at work, came home, took a siesta, got up, dealt with drama, then went back to bed.
5 Favorite snacks: Goldfish crackers, peanut butter crackers, chocolate, caramel rice cakes, Chex Mix.
5 Songs I know the words to: "No More I Love Yous," "Anthem," "The Heart of the Matter," "The More You Ruv Someone," "I Know I Chose Right."
What I would do with Five Million Dollars: Pay off my debts, put money aside for my nieces and nephews, buy a house in San Diego, buy a new car.
5 Places I would escape to for a while: My room, Boston, the Living Room coffeehouse, a nice restaurant, sitting in my car in the driveway at night.
5 Things I would not wear: A speedo, a thong, tight pants, club wear, most things yellow.
5 Favorite T.V. Programs: Babylon 5, Farscape, Invader Zim, Greg the Bunny, Star Trek (all incarnations).

7 years: Living in Spring Valley with two uber-gay roomates who acted like a second set of parents. I was working at Olive Garden.
